Job Description Summary
Assist in the management of the equestrian center through club team coaching, horse management and training, and management of student staff workload. Serve as additional instructor to youth teams, camps, and the horseback riding classes offered by the university. Assist in additional programming such as leases and horse showing outside of the collegiate setting.

Essential Duties:
Assistant coach of the club team
Lunging and riding of horses to prepare them for students
Management of the horse turnout schedule
Daily worklist of tasks for students and other staff
Barn management (including stepping in when needed to provide horse care)
Keeping track horse medication and nutrition
Work flexible hours including evenings and weekend
