Oversee all aspects of camp operations supporting EIW and NWP project activities. Lead site supervision activities related to the construction and commissioning of the NWP camp. Coordinate with local authorities and relevant stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance. Resolve camp resident concerns and operational issues in a timely and professional manner. Prepare regular performance reports and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure camp facilities are maintained to company standards and project requirements. Verify that the NWP camp is constructed and operated in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and safety requirements. Minimum 15 years of experience in camp management, facility management, civil supervision, or related roles, preferably within large-scale Oil & Gas projects. At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position managing camp operations and multidisciplinary service providers. Strong knowledge of camp operations, logistics coordination, and facility management practices. Experience supervising construction activities related to camp infrastructure and site facilities. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and HSE requirements applicable to camp operations. Proficiency in facility management systems, reporting tools, and operational planning software. Degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline. Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are considered an advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively in multicultural and multidisciplinary project teams.
