Software Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Work in an agile development environment leading one or more engineering teams.
• Recruit and cultivate highly engaged teams by attracting high performing team members, coaching them on their career growth, and ensuring they are connected to the outcomes and purpose of their work
• Manage performance of team members through goal setting and measurement, coaching, recognition, and feedback through regular one-on-one's and check-ins
• Partner with Product Management to establish product objectives , prioritize team backlogs, and ensure engineering investment is represented and align on market needs and prioritization.
