About the role

Drive System Strategy: Serve as the global Technology PT Product Owner for Learning Management technologies (specifically Cornerstone on Demand), effectively translating complex business requirements into standardized technical solutions. Manage Lifecycle & Governance: Direct the entire system lifecycle-including upgrades, system replacements, and retirements-while strictly adhering to established change management processes. Shape Product Roadmaps: Partner closely with the Global Learning Solutions (GLS) team to define product vision, align roadmaps, manage feature backlogs, and prioritize system enhancements. Ensure Compliance & Data Stewardship: Act as the dedicated Business Data Steward, ensuring unwavering GxP compliance, strict data governance, and adherence to global quality policies. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Mobilize and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams spanning global Learning departments, business stakeholders, IT partners, and validation functions. Optimize Processes & Systems: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage deviations and CAPAs, and oversee master data validation within validated quality systems. Govern the Learning Ecosystem: Manage the integration and structural nuances of the learning ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow, reporting, and interface connectivity across global manufacturing and commercial sites.
