Du förstår kundernas behov och ger personliga rekommendationer för att skapa minnesvärda shoppingupplevelser. Din expertis inom varumärket och produkter kommer att göra det möjligt för dig att effektivt kommunicera kvaliteten och de unika berättelserna bakom varje produkt. Samtidigt bidrar du till det visuella intrycket i butiken och försäljningsoptimering. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Personlig försäljning och kundservice Kassaarbete Upplockning och påfyllning av varor Daglig skötsel av butiken Delaktighet och uppföljning av butikens nyckeltal Vara en god företagsambassadör samt värna om varumärkets historia Utbildning-/erfarenhetskrav Erfarenhet av detaljhandeln där servicekänsla är av största vikt.
