A bit about your role As a Workflow Delivery Specialist - Network, you will play a vital role in connecting people, systems, and outcomes to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of network programs. You will thoroughly assess, triage, and prioritise incoming demand across COAT and FTTx programs, guiding each request toward the right pathway, partner, or skilled workforce to enable timely and high-quality delivery. Working closely with internal teams and service delivery partners, you will help shape efficient work packages and monitor progress across the end-to-end lifecycle, bringing clarity to complexity and proactively addressing risks before they impact customers. You will troubleshoot and resolve network and service performance issues, ensuring alignment with service level expectations and Wholesale Broadband Agreement obligations, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer experience. Your contribution will extend beyond coordination, as you draw on data-driven insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement across programs.
