Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the regional SHE strategy, aligning global objectives with local needs. Advise senior leaders and chair regional committees to drive accountability.

- Experiences:
- Required experience: around 10 years working in industrial sites with chemical risk, dust management in cereals, gas and oil or other equivalent risk.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Knowledge of planning, general design activities, project engineering, operations and maintenance.
- Experience with safety management systems.
- Fluent in German and English. Other languages will be considered an asset.
- Academics:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Successfully completed studies or a master craftsman/technician qualification with several years of professional experience or a graduate of a relevant safety-related degree program with relevant internships and successful graduation
