Excellent academic credentials.
Ability to develop and manage high-performing junior investment professionals, including delivering structured feedback and coordinating input from multiple stakeholders.
The ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, while maintaining accountability for both individual and team outcomes.
Experience interacting with and influencing senior stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
Experience within private credit, asset management, investment banking, or consulting environments, ideally with exposure to investment teams and/or talent development, recruiting, or program management initiatives is preferred.
Bachelor's degree and approximately 7-10+ years professional experience, with increasing scope of responsibility in program management, team leadership, or platform-building roles .
