- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in cost management within the construction industry.
- Experience supporting large-scale, complex construction projects (data centers or mission-critical preferred).
- Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.
- SME in Quantity Surveying, with RICS certification or equivalent accreditation.

Turner & Townsend are looking for an experienced Associate Director Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management services for a key hyperscale client. This individual will ensure the successful management of both internal and external stakeholders and the delivery of cost management services on a large-scale, mission-critical data center construction program. This role supports major data center developments in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) region, contributing to a growing portfolio of complex campus projects. The role can be performed remotely, with a preference for candidates based in the DFW area, and will require travel to project sites and/or the Turner & Townsend office.
