About the role
Job Description As a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst, you will be leading and working with a high performing team, with high degree of autonomy and decision making, and P&L Ownership. Besides partnering with the Sales team on driving the business across 25+ countries within Europe, the position is the designated business partner for the Head of Away From Home supporting in pan-European tenders for growth opportunities (Burger King, KFC, etc). You will also be leading from Finance perspective the negotiations with Hard Discounters (Kaufland & LIDL) focusing on enhancing the collaboration, expanding the assortment and maximizing the existing business. Job Description Key responsibility: Own the Cluster's P&L : owner of P&L for the region - responsible for delivering annual sales target while protecting profitability; building thorough business cases; focus on driving growth Operational planning & routines : lead the forecast cycle discipline - assure key assumptions inclusion in the plan with constant challenge of change drivers Managing Trade Investments : Assess opportunities for extra investments to maximize the ROI, collaborate in creating the joint Promotion Plan, being the gate keeper and ensure control and clarity over the Trade Investments Revenue Growth Management: Provide insights into PPA (Price, Pack, Architecture) in-line with the strategy of delivering profitable growth across Volume, Revenue, Bottom-line and Market Share Business partner mindset: deep understanding of markets environment / trends, proactive proposal of value generative ideas, being a point of contact / negotiations with distributors Expected Experience & required skills: 3-5+ years of experience in Finance/Category or similar background Excellent leadership skills - self-starter, with a drive for results while operating with speed and agility Strong financial competence inclusive of previous experience owning a P&L, understanding of profit and revenue drivers Strong interpersonal skills with experience in building distributor and customer relationships Passionate about growth and demonstrates a growth mindset focused on delivering solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in an agile environment Experience negotiating both short- and long-term initiatives that are mutually beneficial to KHC and the customer Location(s) Amsterdam Location(s) Amsterdam Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes .
