Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 2 years of inside sales, sales support, or customer service experience.
Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
