You'll have good communication and IT skills, be able to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. This means you must have experienced police custody, been arrested and have convictions and/or cautions. Your lived experience will help you provide meaningful support and encouragement to individuals accessing the service.
