Transcribe audio recordings in Maltese with high accuracy (verbatim) Capture filler words, repetitions, and speech patterns Label speakers in multi-speaker recordings (2-8 participants) Insert precise timestamps (within 500ms accuracy) Annotate non-speech elements (e.g., laughter, background noise, unclear audio) Follow detailed project guidelines and quality standards Maintain consistent productivity and reliability Native-level fluency in Maltese, including regional accents and informal speech Strong listening and comprehension skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to produce true verbatim transcriptions Experience in transcription, annotation, or linguistics is a plus Comfortable using browser-based tools (training provided) Reliable internet connection Access to a laptop or desktop (no mobile devices) Flexible workload with approximately 4 hours/day available 20+ hours per week preferred Project duration: 1-2 months Work can be completed at any time, as long as quality and weekly targets are me
