Position Summary Responsible for hands-on roles for students attending college and enrolled in a healthcare program. Education Enrolled in a Nursing college clinical program. Licenses and Certification N/A Experience and Skills Caring and kind Cheerful and friendly Willing to be hands-on with patients Willing to do personal care tasks (washing, toileting, etc.) Able to follow instructions and procedures Able to work in a team but use their own initiate. Strong communication skills, including listening. Organizational skills. Role Specific Responsibilities If you're based in a hospital your duties may include: helping patients to move around. monitoring patients and performing basic health checks making patients feel comfortable. washing and dressing patients. serving meals and helping to feed patients. cleaning and restocking rooms If you're based in our Medical Group Clinics, you may: perform health checks. take blood samples. process lab samples sterilize equipment. restock rooms. undertake health promotion and education work. act as a receptionist schedule appointment Compensation (Commensurate with experience): $17.00 - $17.00 To access our Benefits Guide/Plan Information, please click the link below: http://www.sih.net/careers/benefits
