Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Other educational backgrounds are acceptable if the candidate meets the following criteria.
Strong logical skills, critical thinking skills and work ethic are crucial.
Being able to work both as individual contributor and as a part of the team is a must.
3+ years in an analytical role with responsibilities for clear and accurate communication with stakeholders.
Knowledge of MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI is a plus.
Ability to investigate and effectively communicate insights and business drivers to stakeholders and leadership team.

Job Description
The candidate will work in the Integrated Planning Organization as part of the Field Planning and Forecasting team. They will collaborate closely with other team members and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, generating accurate forecasts within target limits, synchronizing field metrics plans with Finance and Sales teams, and conducting regular meetings to communicate insights and business drivers clearly. Independence in analytical work and a deep understanding of operational business drivers are essential.
Key Areas of Responsibility
INSIDE THE TEAM
Gather data via SSMS, Tableau, local Excel spreadsheets , internal stakeholders and other sources. Create presentations, dashboards, tables and required views using MS Excel, MS Power Point, Power BI and/or Tableau. Analyze data, derive conclusions , graphically represent findings , and present them to internal stakeholders and/or management. Study data trends, seasonality, and random effects. Identify issues or best practices. Propose solutions to problems based on analyzed data and tested models. Perform regular monthly forecast reports, weekly updates, daily data analysis, and hold regular meetings with internal stakeholders. Lead the planning cycle for the region. Be the main point of contact for the region, with comprehensive knowledge of all operational business drivers.
