In this role, you'll lead and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring that guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas reflect the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury.
What you have
High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role (luxury hotel experience is a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
A keen eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering top-tier guest service.
Experience with hotel housekeeping management systems and inventory management software is a plus.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have open schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
