Job Description: Director of Channel Sales, East & South China Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven, growth-focused Director of Channel Sales to lead PTC's channel sales strategy and end-to-end execution across East and South China . Leveraging PTC's industry-leading innovative solutions and state-of-the-art SaaS & digital transformation technologies with strong market reputation, this role will drive regional business expansion, build high-quality and scalable partner ecosystems, and deliver sustained revenue growth through integrated channel development and indirect sales operations. Operating in a matrixed global go-to-market (GTM) environment, this regional leadership role will align closely with global and local cross-functional teams to standardize sales execution, optimize channel efficiency, and strengthen PTC's market footprint across core industrial markets in East and South China. Role Key Responsibilities Develop and execute localized channel sales strategies and market development plans for East and South China, prioritize key industries, target markets and partner routes to scale regional business growth. Lead full-cycle channel sales operations within the territory, including strategic prospecting, key account planning, partner development, and complex enterprise software solution sales in a digital selling environment. Build, expand and optimize the regional partner ecosystem, closely collaborating with global system integrators (GSIs), local regional SIs and diversified channel partners to expand market coverage, accelerate deal closure and maximize regional reach. Lead, coach and develop the regional channel sales team, establish clear performance accountability mechanisms, empower team capability improvement, and build a high-performance, result-oriented sales organization. Drive rigorous sales operation management, including sales pipeline construction and optimization, accurate sales forecasting, standardized deal execution and process improvement to reduce operational friction and boost sales velocity. Establish and maintain long-term strategic executive relationships with key channel partners and core enterprise customers across East and South China, deepen local market penetration and enhance brand influence. Align closely with global sales, marketing, customer success, product and business unit teams to unify GTM execution, match regional market demands with product solutions, and optimize competitive positioning in local industrial markets. Break down cross-departmental silos, advocate a one-team collaborative operating model, and ensure coordinated and efficient execution of all channel sales and market expansion initiatives. Track regional channel sales performance, analyze market dynamics and competitive trends, and dynamically adjust sales and partner strategies to achieve sustained business growth.
