Job Description In this role as an Interactive Quality Coach, you will help teams across LEGO® Design create outstanding interactive play experiences by guiding design quality, facilitating collaborative design reviews, and supporting the design governance of interactive play experiences across projects. You will combine deep interaction design expertise with strong facilitation and systems thinking to support teams in delivering playful, meaningful, and high-quality experiences. You will: Core Responsibilities Facilitate collaborative design review forums that help teams evaluate and improve interactive play experiences throughout the development process. Coach product teams on interaction design principles, helping them strengthen play quality, usability, and emotional engagement in their experiences. Support teams in navigating complex design challenges by providing expert feedback, structured evaluation methods, and actionable recommendations. Develop and evolve frameworks, tools, and practices that support interaction design governance, design reviews, and quality calibration across projects. Continuously refine and improve review and coaching practices to ensure they remain effective as our interactive play platform evolves. Contribute to building a shared understanding of interaction design excellence across LEGO® Design through knowledge sharing and learning initiatives. Within LEGO Design, the Interaction Design team explores how digital and physical play come together to create meaningful and joyful experiences for children. As an Interactive Qaulity Coach, you will play a key role in strengthening how these experiences are developed by helping teams evaluate, refine, and elevate their interaction design work across multiple projects. To thrive in this position, we imagine that you would have: Extensive professional experience in interaction design, UX, or related disciplines with a strong understanding of designing engaging product experiences. Strong expertise in evaluating and improving interaction design quality across complex products or experiences, including contributing to design governance practices and review processes. Proven ability to facilitate collaborative design discussions, reviews, or workshops that help teams improve design outcomes. Excellent systems thinking and the ability to translate design principles into practical frameworks, tools, or processes. Experience working in multidisciplinary product development teams including design, engineering, and product partners. Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback that helps teams grow. Passion for play and playful design and curiosity for exploring new interaction paradigms and emerging technologies.
