Install, configure and maintain IT equipment (hardware and software).
Help users get to grips with the equipment and provide level 1 and 2 support and manage incident tickets according to their priorities and ensure user satisfaction: incident diagnosis, follow-up and resolution, reporting, documentation.
Ensure the execution of maintenance procedures in collaboration with all IT teams, in compliance with AYVENS SA security rules.
Skills & Experience Required
Sense of customer service
You have good interpersonal skills, diplomacy and a sense of pedagogy, in particular your ability to explain and support users in solving their problems.
Organized, curious and enjoy working in a team.
You would like to evolve in an international and dynamic environment (minimum level of English B1 required).
