About the role
At Ogilvy, we are seeking for an internship within the Human Resources department of our agency. If you are interested in gaining first-hand experience of working in an advertising agency, this is your opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Supporting company recruitment processes.
- Managing the search and selection processes for our Young Talent Program.
- Utilizing internal applications and digital recruitment platforms, resume screening, phone/online interviews, and identifying new talent.
- Assisting in the management of agreements with various Educational Institutions (e.g., Collaboration Agreements, Internship Annexes).
- Providing support in the administrative control and management of new hires/onboarding.
- Managing and maintaining internal databases and the talent pool of profiles.
- Supporting the HR department with various tasks (e.g., career/job fairs, presentation preparation, training).
- Assisting with coordination with other departments (e.g., Payroll, Administration, IT).
Requirements
- A high level of English, approximately C1.
- Ability to secure an internship agreement with a university/school.
- Currently studying Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, Education, Law or a related Master's program.
- Conditions:
- Duration: 6 months
- Hours: 5 hours daily, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Study allowance: €300 net per month
- Immediate start
