Compliance Director - Canada (Office based - Toronto) A Typical Day: Leading compliance activities across Canada and selected international markets Driving implementation of compliance programs with global and legal teams Developing and refining policies, procedures, and compliance guidance Delivering and improving training for employees and external partners Advising on compliance risks related to business initiatives and HCP interactions Supporting internal investigations and monitoring activities when required Collaborating on audits, risk assessments, and remediation actions Identifying emerging risks and proactively shaping mitigation strategies This Role May Be For You: You enjoy partnering with senior leaders to guide compliant business decisions You are comfortable navigating sophisticated regulatory environments in pharma You take a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating compliance risks You value collaboration across cross-functional and international teams You like translating regulatory requirements into practical business guidance You are motivated by shaping training, policies, and compliance frameworks You are confident providing oversight on activities involving HCPs and HCOs You appreciate balancing critical thinking with hands-on execution To Be Considered You bring a minimum of 7 years of experience working in or with pharmaceutical companies on healthcare compliance activities, along with deep knowledge of Canadian healthcare compliance laws, regulations, and industry codes of practice. You have experience drafting and implementing policies, as well as supporting monitoring, auditing, and training programs. A strong understanding of compliance across commercial, medical affairs, market access, and clinical development is required. Fluency in English is essential, and French is considered an asset.
