Operate, monitor, and adjust processing and packaging equipment
Ensure product quality standards are consistently met
Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures
Accurately enter and track production data using computer systems
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Working Conditions:
Environment ranges from cold, ready-to-eat areas to temperatures as low as -30°F
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and repetitive motion
Exposure to loud machinery and fast-moving production lines
Must be comfortable working in wet and cold conditions
Requirements
Strong attendance and reliability during the seasonal schedule
Basic computer skills (data entry, system navigation)
Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Prior manufacturing or food production experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule Requirements:
Must be available to work 12-hour shifts
7 days per week during peak harvest/production periods
Overtime and weekend work are expected throughout the season
