This role is responsible for the end‑to‑end commercial coordination of a portfolio of Power Distribution utility accounts , working closely with the External Sales Team to ensure effective contract execution, tender support, and high‑quality customer service delivery . You will act as the day‑to‑day commercial interface for assigned customers-coordinating enquiries, quotations, tenders, contracts, and sales orders-while ensuring accuracy in systems, proactive issue resolution, and continuity of service for key utility relationships. This is a commercial support role with real accountability , supporting profitable growth rather than a purely administrative position. The role is based in Liverpool, NSW , reporting to the Customer Care Supervisor .
