We are seeking a Vulnerability Remediation Engineer to support one of our Financial Services clients in Toronto. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, DevOps, infrastructure support, and security remediation, requiring a hands-on professional who can work closely with delivery pods to coordinate, test, implement, and support vulnerability fixes across complex technology environments.
You will play a key role in driving remediation efforts for Mythos-related vulnerabilities, ensuring patching activities are delivered efficiently while maintaining platform stability and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with delivery pods and technology teams to plan, prepare, and implement vulnerability remediation and patching activities.
Support the identification, prioritization, and resolution of Mythos-related vulnerabilities across development and production environments.
Provide hands-on engineering support across development, testing, DevOps, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
Partner with stakeholders to manage remediation requests, track progress, and ensure timely completion of security-related initiatives.
Assist with root cause analysis, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of remediation and deployment processes.
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience supporting vulnerability remediation programs within enterprise environments, preferably in Financial Services.
Strong experience coordinating and implementing patching activities and remediation requests across multiple technology teams.
Hands-on experience in software development, testing, DevOps practices, and production support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating closely with cross-functional pods and engineering teams.
