Supply Chain Officer

Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Mass accounts. Respond to all customer inquiries within the defined SLA (same-day response is expected) and provide proactive, clear, and concise updates on order status and issue resolution.
• Job Expectations & Requirements:
• Compensation: Premium salary.
• Location: 100% Remote ( Needs to live in Cali, Jamundi, Puerto Tejada or Santander de Quilichao ).
• Language Proficiency: Advanced English level (C1 or higher is mandatory).
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain (CPG background is highly preferred).
• Retail Expertise: Direct hands-on experience with Fedex, Target, Doordash or Walmart accounts is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of EDI platforms, retail compliance, and complex routing requirements. Highly organized with a relentless attention to detail.
• Adaptability: Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• English: C1.
