Support the generation of unconstrained and constrained monthly demand forecasts.
Analyze historical sales data to identify trends, seasonality, and demand drivers.
Collaborate with commercial teams to incorporate market intelligence into forecasts.
Develop demand plans using statistical forecasting methods and relevant business inputs (promotions, NPIs, pricing, discontinuations).
Monitor forecast accuracy, identify gaps, and drive action plans to close deviations.
Track and report demand planning KPIs to continuously improve forecast performance.
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to validate assumptions and NPI forecasts.
Load and maintain forecasts in planning systems (APO/SAP) ensuring timeline compliance.
Manage product portfolio data, including new codes and discontinuations in SAP and related tools.
Participate in IBP / S&OP processes, providing insights, risks, and opportunities.
Lead or support pre‑DRMs and provide insights for decision-making forums.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within demand planning processes.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field)
2+ years of experience in data analysis or demand planning-related roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables; macros are a plus).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of ERP and planning systems (SAP, APO).
Familiarity with SQL or data query tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
