You will oversee end-to-end delivery across programs, projects, and capability initiatives, ensuring strong governance, clear roadmaps, and alignment to strategic goals. Working closely with commercial and delivery teams, you will track performance, manage risks and opportunities through data-driven insights, and deliver executive-level reporting to support decision-making. You will also contribute to shaping the broader Field Services strategy by identifying innovative solutions that drive measurable business and customer value, while fostering a collaborative, safe, and high-performing team through coaching, clear direction, and effective stakeholder engagement. A bit about you The ideal candidate brings strong capability in strategy development, business problem solving, and data-driven decision making within complex environments such as telecommunications, engineering, or construction. You are confident analysing operational insights, financial impacts, and trade-offs to shape practical, high-value solutions, and can translate these into clear strategic narratives and recommendations. You work well across diverse stakeholder groups, build effective partnerships, and influence decision-making at senior levels through strong communication and presentation skills.
