Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Define program objectives, scope, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop and manage detailed program plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams, proactively identifying and resolving risks, roadblocks, and dependencies.
• Track program progress, report status updates, and escalate issues as needed to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing lessons learned and implementing best practices in program management.
• Ensure alignment of technical deliverables with business goals and customer requirements.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships as required for program success.
• Champion a collaborative and inclusive team environment, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Administer and optimize program workflows using Jira, including configuring boards, managing backlogs, and generating actionable reports for leadership.
• Oversee the end-to-end release management process, coordinating release schedules, ensuring successful deployments, and managing communications with stakeholders before, during, and after releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing technical programs or projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and technical architectures.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus.

• India - (Flexible hybrid work model - work from Bangalore office for 20 days in a quarter)
