Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience managing technical programs or projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and technical architectures.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are a plus.
