Primary Job Summary: The Senior IT User Support is responsible for ensuring reliable IT operations and end-user support across Geoclima's sites, in alignment with global company standards. The role covers advanced user support, IT infrastructure assistance, system and access administration, hardware/software lifecycle management, and coordination with internal and external IT stakeholders. It plays a key role in maintaining efficient, secure, and continuous IT services for all employees. Duties and Responsibilities: IT Operations & User Management - Manage IT for all employees in Geoclima's sites, adopting and applying global company standards - Create, maintain, and manage user accounts, permissions, and system access rights Hardware & Software Management - Procure, configure, and deploy IT equipment (PCs, laptops, mobile devices) - Software and application installation and management Infrastructure & Systems Support - Support IT infrastructure including servers, network devices, and connected systems - Maintain office IT equipment such as printers, videoconferencing systems, and peripherals - End user support, network troubleshooting - Vendor/Contractors management Data Security & Backup - Ensure data integrity, availability, and security through backup procedures and IT security best practices
