SaaS Lifecycle Management : Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of Software as a Service software assets, including onboarding, renewals, usage optimization, and offboarding.
Governance & Compliance : Implement and maintain governance standards, policies, and processes for licensing, while supporting internal audits and external vendor true-ups with accurate reporting.
Spend Optimization : Identify opportunities to optimize software spend, consolidate tooling, reduce shadow Information Technology, and make recommendations on license reallocations or deprovisioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with procurement, finance, legal, and business stakeholders to review contracts, manage renewal cycles, and track software entitlements.
Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement in asset governance by adopting best practices, tracking usage analytics, and introducing automation wherever possible.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management, with a strong focus on Software as a Service platforms.
Strong knowledge of Software as a Service licensing models (user-based, consumption-based, tiered) and major platforms such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Adobe, Workday, ServiceNow, Atlassian, and Google Workspace.
Technical Expertise with Software Asset Management platforms and optimization tools, such as ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, Snow Software, Torii, Zylo, or BetterCloud.
Advanced Data Skills in Microsoft Excel or data visualization tools (such as Power BI or Tableau) to translate complex license data into clear business insights.
Education : A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
