About the role
As a leading expert in CSR requirements, the CSR Analyst works closely with the Global Compliance and Privacy Officer, DPO as well as all relevant teams and personnel within or outside of TransPerfect for the development, implementation, execution, monitoring (auditing) of all relevant requirements. Actively monitors and maintains current knowledge of laws and regulations, keeping abreast of recent changes. Takes charge of government / industry standard compliance and privacy programs. Provides regular report regarding CSR compliance strategy / trend / report of any hotline reports. Develops annual CSR compliance work plan that reflects the company's highest risks that will be monitored by the compliance function as determined by conducting a mandatory annual risk assessment using an enterprise wide approach. Provides guidance to employees on CSR Oversees and monitors the implementation of the CSR compliance program Reports on a regular basis on the progress of implementation, and assisting these components in CSR. Periodically revises the program in light of changes in the needs of the organization, and in the law and policies and procedures of government or other organizations. Develops, coordinates, and participates in a multifaceted educational and training program that focuses on the elements of the CSR compliance program, and seeks to ensure that all appropriate employees and management are knowledgeable of, and comply with, pertinent international, federal and state standards. Develops materials at an institutional level for distribution to all employees to enhance awareness of compliance activities. Coordinates internal CSR compliance review and monitoring activities (audits). Responds to audits and queries as the principal point of contact. Reviews contracts or policies, related to CSR. Internal and External advocacy promoting CSR initiatives, such as Diversity and Inclusion. This includes participation in external conferences and other platforms, representing TransPerfect. REQUIRED SKILLS: Great ability to research and understand applicable international standards, statutory and regulatory requirements as well as clients' requirements applicable to TransPerfect. Excellence in viewing and solving complex issues with multiple requirements from a holistic view. Ability to develop, implement, execute and monitor policies and procedures required by relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. Ability to maintain and update vast amount of data accurately. Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills. Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills in order to meet commitments and deadlines. Strong MS Office/computer skills. Exceptional problem solving/critical thinking skills and ability to learn new skills quickly. Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations. Ability to learn and adopt new requirements. Ability to learn and adjust to new technology. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Minimum 3 years of managing or leading, implementing or managing CSR program. Minimum 5 years of work experience in related field. Knowledge of CSR related requirements and standards, such as ISO 26000, UN Global Compact, ISO 14001. Minimum 1 year of establishing and writing SOPs. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Professional certification related to CSR. Experience in Compliance role in regulated industries (such as Finance, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, CRO, Medical Device, Investigative Site, etc.).
