The team collaborates closely with Data Scientists, Infrastructure Engineers, and Application Developers to embed LLMs and machine learning models into both user-facing products and backend systems. Your future role within QRT Design, build, and maintain automation solutions powered by AI/ML technologies Collaborate with Data Scientists and Infrastructure teams to integrate LLMs and ML models into production systems Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support robust, testable, and repeatable deployments Build scalable APIs and data processing pipelines for model inference and real-time analytics Stay current with advances in AI/ML and apply them pragmatically to business and research workflows Your present skillset 1-2 years of professional software development experience with proficiency in Python Strong understanding of core Computer Science fundamentals (data structures, complexity, OOP, concurrency) Familiarity with AI/ML/LLM concepts and ability to work with Data Science teams Experience building automation tools and services, including those powered by AI Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes Experience developing RESTful APIs and working with AWS is desirable Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to take ownership in a fast-paced environment QRT is an equal opportunity employer.
