Essential Duties And Responsibilities Within a team environment, this position will perform the following responsibilities: (40%) Oversee and implement assigned contracts, grants, evidence-based models and programs to full compliance with contractual requirements, performance measures/standards and applicable professional legal and ethical standards. Complete/generate reports as needed, internally and externally. ( 20%) Provide clinical oversight for all assigned staff, in accordance with the Board of Behavioral Sciences requirements for the clinical supervision for unlicensed/registered clinicians. (15%) Attend and participate in all contract-required and appropriate community meetings as required/assigned. Attend internal/external meetings as directed and needed for program(s)/Services. (20%) Provide guidance and administrative oversight to assigned supervisees and program staff as needed/required by contract and agency standards. Provide a minimum of weekly individual and/or group supervision for direct service staff using a Reflective Practice Framework. Job Specifications Minimum Required Education : Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or equivalent required. Experience : 2 years of applicable experience, preferably to include direct experience working with children birth-to-five and their families Minimum of 1-year of supervisory experience Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally-informed care Knowledge of diagnosis/treatment planning; knowledge of DSM-V and ICD-11 Knowledge of family systems, psychoeducation and group modalities. Good analytical skills within scope of license. Knowledge of clinical treatment modalities for Birth-5 and school-age populations. Professional/Technical Certifications : Currently licensed in the state of CA Board of Psychology or Board of Behavioral Sciences for a minimum of 2 years, and able to clinically supervise registered associates and/or interns required. Travel : Some travel/business related driving required. Will consist of travel to and from agency locations and regional external clients for trainings. Staff members driving on behalf of CCRC may choose to drive a CCRC vehicle or own vehicle and must meet requirements to be an approved driver including holding and maintaining current auto insurance, current California Driver's License and DMV clearance required. Work Schedule : Full time, typically M-F, ability to at times work a non-traditional work schedule including early mornings, late evenings and weekends. Work environment: Field-based. Mixture of working in an office work environment and working directly with the community.
