In this role, you'll operate robotic welding equipment to produce quality metal components for leading manufacturers. Shifts Available: Shift 15: 5:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Thursday Shift 16: 3:00pm - 1:00am, Monday - Thursday (+$1.25/hour shift differential) Starting Rate of Pay: $19.80 per hour base. Relevant experience may increase starting wage up to $20.80 per hour. What You'll Do Operate robotic welding equipment to weld metal components according to production specifications. Load and unload parts and materials from welding fixtures and machines. Monitor welding operations to ensure consistent quality and production efficiency. Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and comparators. Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions. Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or production delays. Record production activity and job progress using the company's shop floor system. Assist with basic machine setups, fixture changes, and production changeovers as trained. Basic math skills for inspections and part quantities Computer proficiency for job sign-in/out and navigating NAV Ability to interpret blueprints and understand inspection requirements Ability to use measurement tools such as height gauges, calipers, micrometers, protractors, and comparators Basic mechanical ability for fixture setup and tear outs 6-12 months of relevant experience required Welding experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Lift up to 100lbs occasionally Bend, reach, and handle parts throughout the shift Use hands for press brake operation, tooling setup, and measurement tasks Required PPE: eye protection, hearing protection, MET guard safety shoes Annual pay-for-performance increases Paid holidays and paid time off Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance FSA/HSA options Employer-paid life and disability coverage 401(k) with company match 24/7 on-site fitness center Temperature-controlled facility Clow Stamping Company is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and applicants.
