About the role

The Consignment / VIP Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Consignment and VIP services team. This role requires a blend of leadership, operational efficiency, and exceptional client relationship management, focusing on high-value and exclusive inventory. The Team Leader will ensure seamless processing of consigned items and provide an elevated service experience for our VIP clientele. The standard work week is Monday to Friday, with hours from 09:00 to 17:30. Flexibility may be required during peak periods.
