5+ years of industry or relatable experience with a significant portion spent working at an agency, trading desk, or programmatic publisher
Understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem - particularly in connected TV video
Bachelor's Degree; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
Experience working in both entrepreneurial and established corporate cultures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
Experience with selling or using advertising platforms the demand side (e.g., Adobe, Amazon, Google, The Trade Desk, or Verizon Media)
Agency or agency trading desk experience overseeing, implementing, and using advertising technology across a large number of brand accounts
A strong network and existing relationships across buying and trading teams across multiple agencies

We have an opportunity for an Agency Lead to join Samsung Ads based in our Surry Hills office!
Role and Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and expand relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and trading desks across NSW.
Pursue new business opportunities and grow spend from existing accounts across direct and programmatic channels.
Create and execute strategic plans to grow Samsung Ads' digital and advanced TV business within named agencies.
Track daily and weekly run rates, identify issues, and collaborate with product/support teams to resolve them.
Attend client meetings, industry events, and internal sessions as needed across Australia.
Own and deliver against assigned revenue goals for Samsung Ads' owned-and-operated inventory, including Samsung TV Plus.
Stay ahead of shifts in video consumption, advanced TV, and digital media investment patterns.
Anticipate client needs, understand decision-making processes, and position Samsung Ads solutions accordingly.
