We're seeking a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to lead high-impact process improvement initiatives across our Life Sciences Solutions business. This position will be hybrid, based out of our Biorepository facility in Leesburg, VA. In this role, you'll drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and operational performance within a GxP-regulated environment, working cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, QA, RA, and Commercial teams. You'll play a key role in translating complex challenges into data-driven, practical solutions while helping build and sustain a culture of continuous improvement.
