Job Responsibilities Attend to walk-up ticket sales and enquires at onsite ticketing counters and self-service ticketing kiosks Perform ticket sales transactions quickly and accurately using computer-based ticketing system Perform cashiering duties including receiving payment by cash, credit card, room charge, vouchers, and other payment modes Provide excellent customer service to guests Ensuring that guests adhere to safe management measures.
