The Litigation Coordinator efficiently manages the sorting and indexing of documents and correspondence, ensuring accurate categorization within the State National litigation/claims portal. This role involves maintaining detailed tracking logs, executing specialized processing tasks, and facilitating communication with external parties. Additionally, administrative support and adaptability to handle diverse responsibilities are essential, with proficiency in computer applications and strong organizational skills highly valued.
Essential Functions:
Efficiently sort documents and correspondence from various sources, including fax, portal, email, and physical mail.
Accurately index all incoming correspondence within the State National litigation/claims portal for proper categorization.
Create and maintain detailed tracking logs for a variety of items.
Establish effective communication with external parties regarding litigation/claims documents, including email drafting and phone calls.
Prioritize precision in data entry and document processing, with a focus on accuracy.
Execute specialized processing tasks as required by the role.
Assist in managing incoming calls requiring additional by gathering information from caller and directing callers to the appropriate resource.
Maintain a foundational understanding of SNC's products and markets.
Work Arrangement:
This is a fully in-office position. Candidates must be able to work onsite full-time.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
