HR Generalist
Job Profile: JP00048 - Associate Professional, Human Resources Generalists (P1)
Position Summary: Support core HR functions including employee relations, recruitment & onboarding, compliance, training & development and benefits & well-being administration. Ensures compliance with policies and provide guidance to team members and supervisors. Oversee facility level programs to support employee engagement.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Assist with policy interpretation, offer guidance to leaders and team members, and support ongoing compliance tracking
Support employee relations investigations and documentation
Deliver training and coach supervisors on performance management and corrective actions
Interview, select and lead onboarding & orientation activities and processes
Participate in the planning and execution of morale-building activities and recognition programs
Support the coordination and facilitation of all facility engagement activities (workshops, surveys, etc)
Ensure HRIS data integrity, assist with conducting transactions in Workday and complete compliance related forms and documents
Support change management efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
