About the role
Join Us In Building the Future of Precision Health Lucence is a precision health company accelerating early detection of cancer and age-related diseases. We help people live longer, healthier lives through advanced testing that identifies risks before symptoms appear. Operating from twin hubs in Singapore and Silicon Valley, our multidisciplinary team spans tech, commercial, and clinical roles. Join us to build a world where cancer and diseases of ageing are caught early and treated accurately. Together, we are making this future a reality. We are looking for builders. People who take ownership, create opportunities, and treat their territory like it is their business. You will grow a portfolio of accounts, build trusted relationships with clinicians and healthcare providers, and drive adoption of Lucence's tests across your market. You will know how to navigate complex organisations, engage decision-makers, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships. Success in this role comes from combining commercial drive with customer focus. You stay close to your accounts, forecast accurately, and bring market insights back into the business. When customers need support, you lean in and help get things done. If you enjoy opening doors, building momentum, and making a real impact on how healthcare is delivered, we'd love to hear from you.
