Responsibilities

The Project Manager - Banking ERP will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives within a banking or financial services environment. The role involves managing large-scale ERP implementations and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure systems are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements. Key Requirements 14+ years of experience Proven experience managing large-scale ERP implementation or transformation projects within banking or financial services Strong understanding of ERP systems used in financial institutions Experience overseeing full ERP lifecycle delivery including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support Demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder projects across business and technology teams Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management Experience managing system integration with other enterprise platforms Other Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills Ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities
