To be successful in this role, the following attributes will be required:
Senior Associate experience in private practice or in-house;
strong academic results;
fluency in writing and speaking Japanese;
Japanese qualified Bengoshi not essential (but would be advantageous);
proven experience working on a range of corporate and commercial matters;
the ability to communicate and build a rapport with our clients;
a desire to develop and participate in business development initiatives; and
a proactive attitude towards personal development to expand your skills and knowledge to meet client needs.
In addition to this, we're looking for a driven, self-starter; someone who is able to work autonomously and is focused on attention to detail and providing an outstanding service to their clients.
