Lead full-cycle executive search for commercial and marketing leadership roles.
Partner with hiring executives to define role requirements, competencies, and search strategy.
Build and manage talent pipelines across commercial, marketing, digital, brand, and growth functions.
Execute market mapping and competitive intelligence research to inform search strategies.
Assess candidates using structured interviews and competency-based evaluation.
Present calibrated candidate slates and provide insight-driven recommendations.
Manage candidate experience, ensuring confidentiality and high engagement.
Collaborate with HR, compensation, and business leaders to develop offers.
Track and report on search progress, metrics, and talent market insights.
Support employer brand initiatives related to executive hiring.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of executive search or senior-level recruiting experience, preferably in commercial or marketing domains.
Proven success filling Director and above level positions.
Strong understanding of commercial and marketing functions, including digital, brand, product, and go-to-market.
Excellent interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic hiring decisions.
Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Executive presence and ability to manage confidential information discreetly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Experience in global executive recruiting.
Executive recruiting experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry
Background in search firms and internal executive search teams.
Knowledge of marketing analytics, digital transformation, and commercial strategy.
