Key Contributions Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Residential Services leadership team, providing financial insights and guidance to drive business growth. Lead the forecasting process for Subscribers, Revenue and Expenses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Develop financial models to set performance targets, identify trends and highlight variances, providing actionable recommendations that influence key business decisions. Design and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards to support real-time decision-making and optimize operational performance. Conduct in-depth scenario analysis to assess profitability and ROI for new product and service launches, competitive pricing strategies, and operational initiatives. Play a key role in the development and execution of the company's overall Financial Plan and Rolling Forecast. Present comprehensive financial results and business strategies to Finance, Residential Services and Senior Leadership, ensuring alignment on financial objectives. Lead and drive ad-hoc projects and analyses, supporting leadership with targeted insights to address critical business needs. Provide mentorship to the Financial Analyst team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
