About the role
Lead the harness business with key aerospace and defense customers to ensure sustainable growth and competitiveness. Own revenue, profitability, and overall P&L performance of assigned programs. About You: University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Experience managing customized, customer-specific products, ideally harnesses or complex electromechanical systems. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams from opportunity stage through delivery. Strong understanding of sales, engineering, supply chain, logistics, and controlling processes for engineered-to-order products. Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and margin tracking (P&L exposure). Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to align technical and commercial stakeholders. Fluent in German and English. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), ERP systems, and project management tools. Familiarity with aerospace qualification standards (e.g., EN 9100, EASA Part 21G/145) is considered a strong asset. Analytical and strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
