Education: Graduate of an approved school of nursing. BSN required; Master's level education preferred
License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC). Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of managerial functions such as budgets, statistical measures, report writing, performance improvement tools, etc.
Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. Strong influence skills and ability to motivate others.

Under general direction, plans, directs and coordinates Patient Logistics Center operations and Translation Services
Essential Functions/Duties:
Directs and coordinates the operations of the Patient Logistics Center and Translation Services
Leads, develops, coaches, and effectively manages the team to ensure deliverables and performance metrics are met. Develops team to accomplish results through training, development, performance management and recognition.
Responsible for communication with appropriate Management about bed placement and process improvement
Assists with communication to physicians, community and other customers about Patient Logistics Center
Assists with information systems concerning nursing administration and Patient Logistics Center
Manages software for access and reports
Manages request of English documents to be translated into multiple languages
Manages processes for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements
Manages clinical needs of area
Manages processes related to staffing, bedboard, transport communications and admission processes
Maintains and monitors required records and reports
Fosters professional development among staff
Monitors overtime hours and assists with coverage plans to conserve
Evaluates performance of staff and directs them in an appropriate manner
Documents critical incidents when necessary and takes appropriate action
Provides clear, concise and pertinent direction to the team
Independently audits written and audio records to ensure compliance and resolves issues as needed
