Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support a busy legal practice. This role combines legal administrative support, client communication, and operational coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day workflows and excellent client service.
You will work closely with the Principal Attorney, playing a critical role in managing cases, maintaining organization, and supporting both professional and occasional personal tasks.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM - 05:00PM EST
Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conduct independent research and proactively solve problems to keep tasks moving
Assist with occasional personal tasks as needed
Provide administrative and operational support to the Principal Attorney
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Manage and organize client and case information within CRM systems
Maintain daily communication with clients, ensuring timely, professional follow-ups
Prepare and file intellectual property (IP) applications and other legal forms
Format, proofread, and review legal documents and correspondence
Handle billing, invoicing, and time tracking using legal software platforms
