Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development within interior design, renovation, construction, or fit-out industries.
• Strong "hunter" mindset with confidence in sourcing and closing new business independently.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, with ability to engage clients both remotely and in person.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
