Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience working in one or more of the following; or 10+ years of experience working in one or more of the following:

- 5+ years of experience in high-voltage equipment procurement, transmission/substation sourcing, energy infrastructure supply chain, utilities, and/or power generation
- PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Deep technical and commercial understanding of transmission and substation equipment (transformers, GIS/AIS switchgear, DTCB, bushings, transducers, utility poles, and associated components), long-lead item management, and behind-the-meter power plant infrastructure
- Proven track record negotiating and managing procurement of long-lead high-voltage equipment (transformers, GIS, circuit breakers, bushings, poles, transducers, etc.) and related infrastructure agreements
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with aggressive scaling of energy infrastructure
